The HERB Promise - Product Exchange Policy

 

  • Defective Products:

    • If you received a defective product, fill out our product exchange form or let us know within 24 hours of purchase and we will come right back out to exchange it at zero cost to you. ***

    • If we are notified of a defective product more than 24 hours and no later than 30 days after purchase, we’re still happy to exchange it, but ask that you place a new order.* ** ***

    • All defective products must be replaced with same brand/type of product.

  • Non-Defective Products:

    • If you ordered the wrong thing or have decided you don’t want a product you ordered, no problem! Fill out our product exchange form​ or let us know within 24 hours and no later than 30 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange it upon your next order with us.* ** ***

    • Product must be in new condition, no broken seals.

  • Free, Promotional and Giveaway Products:

    • We are unable to exchange or refund any free, promotional or giveaway products, whether defective or non-defective.

  • Vaporizers and Cartridges:

    • These tend to have more issues than other product types. Please test your vape products as soon as they arrive.

    • We ask that you try troubleshooting your vape product before requesting an exchange.

        * Must meet order minimum after any credits and discounts are applied.

      ** All returns are subject to review by HERB.

 

    *** Get & Give items do not qualify for exchange or return (even if defective).

Missed Delivery Policy:

  • Once your driver has notified you of their arrival, you have a 5 minute window to receive your delivery. - After your time window has lapsed, HERB reserves the right to move onto it's next delivery. Adhering to this policy keeps our average delivery time low. (You will receive an automated live GPS tracking link via SMS 5-10 in advance of your driver arriving.)

  • If we are unable to get in touch with you for 5 or more minutes when delivering your order, we reserve the right to place your order at the back of the delivery queue and charge you a $5 re-delivery fee. *If you have received an automated live GPS tracking link and reschedule delivery after, you are subject to a $5 re-delivery fee.

   * Please have your valid ID and payment ready, with your phone by your side after you've ordered so you don't miss us.

Ordering Terms and Conditions:

 

  • You must become a member of HERB by signing up and being verified before your order can be processed.

 

  • Your order must meet the minimum order requirements (after discounts & before taxes) before it can be processed.

 

  • While we usually accept orders until closing time, if all of our drivers are busy and unable to return to our hub in time, we may need to ask you to reschedule your delivery for the following day. Please help us avoid this possibility by placing your order before 9:30p.

  • HERB operates in strict compliance with all applicable state and local laws.
